Food-grade, high-purity carbon dioxide — 550+ TPD installed capacity. Serving beverage, food, pharma and industry across South India since 1983.
Carbon dioxide is a by-product of the ammonia manufacturing process or the fermentation process in ethanol manufacturing. The captured feed gas is brought to our CO₂ recovery plant by pipelines, then compressed, purified, liquefied and stored.
Premier Carbonic uses its indigenous technology to produce Liquid Carbon Dioxide conforming to food and beverage standards. We have an installed capacity of 550+ TPD across multiple manufacturing facilities strategically located across South India.
Bulk supply is done through liquid mobile tankers of varying capacities — 14KL, 18KL, 22KL — to customers having a CO₂ storage tank system installed at their facility. It is generally advisable to install CO₂ tank systems if volumes substantiate the investment.
Insulated tankers ensure product quality during transport
CO₂ supply is done through 30 kg capacity cylinders. Cylinder pricing is higher than bulk supply due to conversion, transportation and handling costs, but ideal for smaller or irregular consumption requirements.
Standard high-pressure cylinder, delivered by our cylinder fleet
FSSAI & FSSC 22000 compliant. For direct contact with food and beverages — carbonation, MAP, chilling and freezing.

Used in hardening of moulding mixtures of sand and liquid silicate binder — reducing production throughput and fuel costs.
Shields weld surfaces from atmospheric gases (O₂ and N₂), preventing porosity and eliminating defects in the weld.
Used in preparation of urea, methanol, inorganic/organic carbonates, polyurethanes and sodium salicylate.
Acts as a neutralizing agent for alkaline water, and for treating swimming pool water — a safe alternative to mineral acids.
Pressurized liquid CO₂ in fire extinguishers — effective against low flammable liquid and electrical fires.
The key ingredient for carbonating soft drinks, beer, soda water and other fizzing beverages.
Controls atmosphere in silos and fumigates aircraft — leaves no harmful residues.
Injected under high pressure into oil reservoirs for enhanced oil recovery — reduces viscosity and increases yield.
